I have GOT to lose weight! Why does everything that tastes good help put weight on you. I've got to stop drinking pop. Laura said I need to take some fat burners too. The question is which ones? What's the best plan to follow? How do you stick with a plan once you get one? I think the first step is to research fat burners, then look at different types of food plans. I also need to step up my exercise program, maybe start swimming laps as well as water walking. Do you have any suggestions?
