Spine Surgery for my Mother In-Law
My mother in-law has decided to have spine surgery. The problem is it's spine surgery Mexico. Mexico is about 800 miles from here so there will be a lot of driving. I really wonder if she will be able to do all that riding. It's very hard for her to ride for a trip to Wichita which is only a hour and a half away. How is she going to be able to ride all the way to Mexico? Well, anyway if she does I hope it works out really well, because with the way her spine is now it couldn't be any worse.

Charlie Sheen in Trouble Again!
I read in the news a few days ago that Charlie Sheen was in trouble again. He has been good for such a long time and now he's slipped. He was arrested for domestic violence. This isn't the first time he has had a problem with this so evidently he has learned his lesson. All I can say is Charlie learn how to control you temper dude!
Allergy Season in Winter?
Ok, so my allergies are acting up. They usually never act up in winter, but this year is different. Now I am on the search for allergy relief. I do take an allergy medicine, but it's just not working as well as it use to. I wonder if I've become immune to it. I may have to call my doctor to see if there is any new medicines out because I am really tired of having allergy problems!
Is Graphic Design For Me?
I went thru Autocad training years ago. I worked at it for awhile but got burned out. Now I'm wondering if I should try graphic design. It's really not that different from Autocad. Most of the basics I think are the same, but I'm not sure. I really would like to learn to design, but can I get work in that field? I want to continue to work at home but do things I love. The next question is how much training am I going to have to do to do this? Is it a crazy dream? I am 54 years old so I'm just not sure. Does anyone have any ideas or thoughts?

Stuck at Walmart Barcode Scanner Broke!
I was at Walmart today and was using the self check out and you wouldn't believe it, but the barcode scanner broke. It just simply quit working! I am half way through my order and it just shut down. Nothing worked. So the lady came over and I had to move to another register. That is the FIRST time that has ever happened. It must of just gotten over worked. Maybe Walmart better check into replacing it's scanners before it happens again.

What is your New Years Resolution?
Do you have a New Years resolution? I know that New Years resolutions don't always work out so I don't usually make them, but this year I made a resolution to give up pop. It just isn't good for me. I am trying to do better for my body. The problem is now I'm trying to figure out what to replace it with. There has to be a good solution but I just really haven't found it yet. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.

Humidifier filters which one is right?
Well we just got back from Target looking at the Christmas section. So you know Christmas items aren't on sale yet. Anyway I decided I would pick up some humidifier filters. The only problem is I can't find them. I thought they would be with the humidifiers but, I couldn't find the right one. So now I have to go check out another store maybe after Christmas.
After Christmas Sales I'm Ready!
One of my favorite parts of Christmas is the after Christmas sales. I use a lot of Christmas bags and tissue so I definitely need to stock up on that. I also want one of those Christmas trees made out of Christmas balls. Those are the things I will be looking for. I am really hoping that there will be some left. You know what I think maybe since it is Christmas eve I will go check and see if they are on sale today!
What to buy him?
I had a real battle this year trying to figure out what to buy my husband. He is terrible to buy for. He never can think of anything he wants for Christmas so he NEVER gives me any idea of what to buy. It is VERY frustrating! Anyway, I decided to look at custom mouse pads to see if I could put a picture of our cats on a mouse pad for him. Well, I finally designed one with a picture of all of our cats on it. I hope he likes it. Keep your fingers crossed!
Tomorrow's Christmas!
I am always glad when the presents are finally bought and wrapped, the candies and cookies are made, and we are ready for Christmas. To me Christmas means family. This year I a grateful for my health and my families health, the ability to pay our bills and enjoy our life. In general I am grateful for everyone and everything in my life. Thank you God.

Weight Loss Supplements I Hope They Work!
I found some natural weight loss supplements at the vitamin store yesterday, so I am going to start taking them on Monday. It is suppose to work during the night while you sleeping. It's made of amino acids so it's not suppose to hurt you. Has anyone ever tried this type of supplement? I would like to hear from you. I'm hoping that it will help me lose some weight. I'm not sure what it is about middle age, but no matter what I try it just doesn't work. Just keep your fingers crossed and wish me luck!
Duggar Baby 19 Josie is Here!
The latest Duggar baby has been born! It's number 19. They named her Josie Brooklyn which I personally think is a very cute name. She was born premature so she is in the hospitals intensive care right now. Hopefully, all will be well and she will get out soon. I just love the way they love babies and children. They are so good with their children. Well anyway, Congratulations Duggars!

Vacations over Christmas
I am checking out what vacations would be good to take over Christmas. We probably wouldn't travel on Christmas day, but the day after. We have been checking out orlando vacations. I would love to go somewhere WARM! I live in Kansas and I get REALLY tired of cold weather. I think a few days in Orlando would be great. Wish me luck I'm looking for cheap flights too!

This is the time of year to be thankful for your family and to really look at what you were grateful for this year. It's time to says thanks to whatever god you pray to and say thank you. It's time to declare out loud what you are grateful for in your life. I am grateful for my husband, my family, my cats, my friends, my job, and in general my life. Thank you God.
