Trick or Treat! It's Halloween!

Today it's Halloween! I love handing out candy to children. What I don't like is sitting next to my brother in law tonight. In general he usually smokes good smelling cigars, but the cigar he was smoking earlier just reeked! I guess I really didn't know there was such a difference in cigars. Well, anyway got to go kids are knocking at the door!

I love my Heated Mattress Pad!

I am looking at different heated mattress pads to replace the one I have been using. I have been looking at different styles, but I just can't decide. I love heated mattress pads, I love snuggling down in one at night. I told my husband I don't care how much they are I am replacing mine. Now I just have to decide which brand I want.

Yahoo! I am now a Demand Studio Title QA! I am really happy to have another egg in my basket. As a person who works at home it's great to get as many jobs as you can. I would love to have one full time job, but this works well too. Well wish me luck!

He needs more Truck Accessories?

So far my husband has bought a truck bed tool box, truck bed liner, truck bed rail covers, special floor mats, car seat covers, and a window shade. Well now he wants a bug shield, and window shields and who knows what else. I asked him when we would be able to stop buying truck accessories. I mean really I never got that much stuff for my car. I think I'm getting gypped.

Are you going to watch the Orionid meteor shower?

Tonight at approximately 1am or actually tomorrow morning at 1am there is suppose to be a Orionid meteor shower. I would love to see one, but they always seem to show up late at night and in the middle of the week. Wouldn't it be nice if it would happen on the weekend? It always happens when I have to work early the next day. Oh well hopefully I'll be able to see the next one.

Fall is Here Time to Put the Outdoor Cushions Away

Fall is here. Yep, it's the final sign when it's time to put away the outdoor cushions for the chairs. For me it's a really sad time. I think as I get older I just really am beginning to dislike cold weather. Is it time to think about moving to a warmer climate? I am really a family person and since ALL of my family lives here I guess that won't happen. Is it possible to find a small, economical house in a warm climate to go to in the winter. I guess if I get the chance I'll be a snowbird.

It's Getting Cold!

Ba Humbug!! I hate cold weather! It is getting cold already and I finally turned the heat on. Why can't it be summer all year around? I guess it's not possible in Kansas, but I can always hope!

I was at a family reunion last week, and was visiting with my cousin. Her teenage son is really having trouble with acne. She asked if I knew of a natural acne treatment. I told her I hadn't really heard of one, but surely there had to be one. Well, her question actually got me curious. When I got home I decided to do some research. I looked at several sites, but how do you know who has the best treatment? I guess the only way to know is to try them and find out.

Obama Unable to Get Olympics In Chicago

I read today that even Obama's so called charm couldn't help him get the Olympics people to pick Chicago for the 2016 Olympics. I think it's hilarious. He's sinking like a rock in his ratings and you can tell that he is just a front man. I mean really he can't even give a speech without a prompter! I read in three different articles that they actually consider Obama a junior leaguer. My answer to that is better cowboy up Obama your in the big leagues now.
