Soy caused my Joint Pain!
I have known for a long time that I was allergic to soy, but what I didn't know was that soy could cause joint pain. Yep, you heard it correctly. About three months ago I got medicine from a cheaper source than I normally could. It was at a chain store. What I didn't know was that the manufacturer used soy as a filler. Over the next three months I started having more and more joint pain. I figured that maybe I was getting arthritis. The meds they subscribed me just made me feel worse until I had a V8 moment. What if it is from soy? I knew soy made me react that way because there is soy in a lot of the estrogen medicines and I had the same problem. So I contacted the store, and found out who the manufacturer was. I called them and guess what my medicine had soy in it. Then I started researching, do you know how many medicines and over the counter medicine, candy, diet bars, etc have soy in them? There are tons, and tons, and tons. I don't think people realize how damaging soy can be if your allergic. If your having trouble you might want to see if that's the problem.
