Bell TV? Hum I have to check it out!

Well I was told to check out bell tv today. I really had no idea what they were talking about, and would you believe I can't find very much reference about it. I finally did find it at www.thesource.ca, but still don't understand exactly what it is. If anyone knows any more information would you please let me know. Thanks for the help.
